This Refund Policy explains the rules for refunds and cancellations for subscriptions to LogicFrame services. By subscribing to any paid plan (including after a free trial), you agree to this policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We encourage you to review this policy carefully before purchasing or starting a trial.
1Free Trial
6-Day Free Trial
We offer a 6-day free trial on Pro plans. During the free trial, you have full access to premium features.
Trial Cancellation
You may cancel your trial at any time through your account settings. Cancellation during the trial prevents any charges. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires. We are not obligated to send reminders, though we may do so as a courtesy.
2No Refunds Policy
LogicFrame operates on a no-refunds model, consistent with standard practices for most SaaS platforms. All sales are final once the free trial ends and a paid subscription begins.
We do not offer refunds for any reason after the trial period, including:
- Partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
- Unused services or features.
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or lack of use.
- Downgrades or cancellations mid-cycle.
No prorated refunds or credits are provided. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
3Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Billing errors on our part (e.g., duplicate charges).
- Cases required by applicable law (e.g., certain consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction).
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to logicframe.dev@gmail.com with your account details and reason. We review requests case-by-case and reserve the right to approve or deny them.
4How to Cancel
- Log into your LogicFrame account.
- Go to your billing/subscription settings.
- Follow the cancellation instructions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or immediately if during trial).
